Direct Pet Health announced that they signed a letter of intent to acquire First Pet Life, Inc. which is a Dallas-based pet insurance service provider. Direct Pet Health will acquire all the assets of First Pet Life, Inc. Both companies are using diligence to ensure that a workable agreement could be reached between both companies to lead to a satisfactory merger of the two pet insurance providers.
First Pet Life, Inc. was currently placing themselves in a position to offer pet insurance, supplies and boarding and grooming services throughout the United States. Direct Pet Health was looking to be the leader in the pet health care industry. As the agreement continues between the two companies the shareholders would be updated on the progress.
